DONATION POLICY

Don Bushnell Ministries is deeply grateful for the generosity of those who partner with our mission.  This policy outlines how donations are received, used, and — in limited circumstances — refunded.

1.  Charitable Status

Don Bushnell Ministries is a recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.  All charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.  We will provide written acknowledgment of contributions of $250 or more in compliance with IRS requirements.  For gifts below that threshold, your payment receipt serves as your record of giving.

EIN:  72-1053260

2.  How Donations Are Used

Every gift to Don Bushnell Ministries supports our mission to restore leaders and renew hearts for the Kingdom.  Funds are directed toward:

  • Subsidized pastoral renewal retreats and sabbatical experiences

  • Ministry services and pastoral care programs

  • Worship resources and ministry training

  • Events and workshops serving pastors and ministry leaders

  • Operational costs that sustain and advance our ministry

Unrestricted Gifts are allocated at the discretion of ministry leadership wherever the need is greatest.

Designated Gifts — contributions directed to a specific program or purpose — will be honored where operationally feasible.  If a designated purpose becomes impractical or fully funded, we will contact the donor regarding an appropriate alternative.

3.  Recurring Donations

If you establish a recurring gift, you may cancel or modify it at any time by contacting us directly.  Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled processing date will prevent the upcoming charge.  We are unable to retroactively cancel a donation that has already been processed.

4.  Refund Policy

Because our donations directly fund active ministry work, all gifts are generally considered final and non-refundable.  However, we recognize that errors happen.  Refund requests will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge was made in error

  • An unauthorized transaction was made on your account
